Board of Directors to develop and staff a state-of-the art information
technology department to fully support the long term growth and expansion
of the organization. Plan and manage $2 million annual operating budget.
- Successfully
planned and directed the company's productivity systems migration
(word processing and document management) from a DOS to a Windows
95/NT environment, with no significant decrease in providing firm-wide
support, document quality and output.

creation of a "Technology Task Force", comprised of end-users IS staff,
